Our organization exists to break cycles, build leaders, and protect the futures of Black and Brown youth and young adults. We are mentors, advocates, healers, and community builders working together to dismantle the school‑to‑prison pipeline and replace it with pathways to purpose, power, and possibility.

When you volunteer with us, you are not just giving time,  you are changing trajectories.

Ways You Can Serve

We welcome volunteers with different gifts, talents, and lived experiences.

Mentorship

Walk alongside youth through our sisterhoods and brotherhoods programs. Provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability.

Workshop Support

Assist with life‑skills workshops, healing circles, leadership development sessions, and community events.

Participatory Defense Team

Stand with families navigating the justice system. Help with research, court support, community outreach, and advocacy.

Events & Outreach

Help us bring powerful experiences to life  from community gatherings to youth engagements.

Creative & Administrative Support

Photography, social media, graphic design, writing, planning, logistics ; every skill is valuable here.

Training & Support Provided

You will not be sent in unprepared. All volunteers receive:
